First, Kate Merton is the head of JLABS, which is? JLABS at New York, Boston, and Philadelphia. The future of innovation. Okay. Let me start with you. Your organization. Describe it. No jargon, no acronyms. What is it? Why does it matter? And what's it connected... how is it connect to innovation? So JLABS is the innovation incubator arm of Johnson & Johnson, essentially. We run a network of global incubators where we invite entrepreneurs to come in and work with us, Johnson & Johnson, our experts, to try and produce products in pharm and devise consumer products, and get them out to patients. Great. Before we move on, I'm going to ask you, Dave, to describe your entity that... is the Center for Discovery and Innovation tied to Hackensack Meridian Health? It is part of Hackensack Meridian Health. What is it? The Center for Discovery and Innovation was developed as a research enterprise to take this incredible Renaissance that we're having in science, take... get those insights, and make it work for patients with cancer, infectious diseases, and acute chronic diseases. Arrowfarms is? It's vertical farming. So it's taking... Vertical farming? Vertical farming. It is taking crops and growing them stacked up on levels up to the ceilings and growing at 365 days a year, giving plants a perfect day, you know, every day. Based where? It's in Newark. Yeah.
