Motherhood and Employment in a Pandemic

Steve Adubato is joined by a panel of women business leaders to discuss the main challenges women face in the workforce, specifically minority women, and how child care has been a barrier for women during the pandemic. They also talk about the difference between equality versus equity for women in the workforce, gender and racial biases in hiring practices, and the importance of talking about mental health, especially during the pandemic.
